Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 19-20 budget in an amount of
$325,000 for the creation of fixed base operator services at Wichita
Falls Regional Airport
WHEREAS, fixed base operator services are vital to the operation of commercial
and general aviation airports; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to provide fixed base operator
services at Wichita Falls Regional Airport upon the conclusion of its contract with
Signature Flight Support; and,
WHEREAS, the FY 19-20 budget will be amended in an amount of $325,000 to
purchase equipment, make facility repairs, and to hire/train staff to implement fixed base
operator services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Wichita Falls Fiscal Year 19-20 is hereby amended in an amount of
$325,000 to purchase equipment, make facility repairs, and hire/train staff for the creation
of fixed base operator services at Wichita Falls Regional Airport.
