RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF THE TEPPCO
CRUDE PIPELINE, L.P. AND EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, TEPPCO Crude Pipeline, L.P. has offered to convey to the City a
10-inch pipeline and easements that traverses the City from Harding Street to Turkey
Ranch Road (FM 2650).
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls can use this line and easements for the
transportation for advanced treated water for irrigation and industrial uses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The conveyance of the TEPPCO Crude Pipeline, L.P. is hereby
approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute the conveyance document.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
