RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 119-2003,
MODIFYING THE 4B BOARD'S TWO-WAY RADIO PROJECT BUDGET;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution # 119-2003 on September 16,
2003, amending the 4B Sales Tax Board fiscal year 2002-2003 budget for a two-way
radio project; and
WHEREAS, the amount of the budget amendment specified by Resolution
No. 119-2003 limits the ability of the 4B Board to take on additional projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 119-2003 is hereby amended to reflect a budget
amendment of $2,291,969 for the two-way radio project, and to place this amendment
in the 4B Sales Tax Board's fiscal year 2003-2004 budget.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
