RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A TYMCO
REGENERATIVE AIR STREET SWEEPER IN THE AMOUNT OF
$127,712.00; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is a member to the Houston -Galveston Area
Council purchasing cooperative; and
WHEREAS, prices were requested from two purchasing cooperatives; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a regenerative air street
sweeper for the Street Maintenance Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT. -
SECTION 1. Authorization be granted for the purchase of a TYMCO
regenerative air street sweeper for street maintenance through the Houston -Galveston
Area Council, in the amount of $127,712.00.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
