RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ENDORSING AN APPLICATION TO THE 4B BOARD
OF DIRECTORS FOR A COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH AND
RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City staff has completed a request for proposals process for a
Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System, and begun negotiations
with a vendor for their services; and,
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls 4B Board Corporation has been identified as a
funding source for this project; and,
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to endorse this project and request the 4B
Board's consideration of this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby endorses an application to the 4B Board of
Directors for a Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
