RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH BIGGS & MATHEWS,
INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
AND MASTER PLAN FOR THE WICHITA FALLS BUSINESS PARK;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have a preliminary plat and
master plan for the Wichita Falls Business Park; and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Biggs & Mathews, Inc., for engineering
services for this project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with Staff's recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract with Biggs & Mathews, Inc., for
engineering services for the Wichita Falls Business Park.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
