RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FY 2003-2004 BUDGET FOR THE
WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors for the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporation met on August 4, 2003 and approved a proposed budget for FY 2003-
2004; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget is being forwarded to the City Council for
consideration. .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The proposed budget of the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporation for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
