RESOLUTION NO. _35-2012_
Resolution Approving Change Order No. 1 For The 2011 Budget
Utility Improvements Project (CWF10-550-10)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with
A&M Construction and Utilities, Inc. for the 2011 Budget Utility Improvements
Project (CWF10-550-10) with an estimated total cost of $999,330.00; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will decrease the contract $47,242.50 for
a revised cost of $952,087.50; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed all aspects of this change order and
feel that it is in the City’s best interest to approve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1
The attached to the 2011 Budget Utility Improvements
Project (CWF10-550-10) is approved, in the amount of a net deductive
$47,242.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the change order.
