Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award the Lake Kickapoo
Dam Upstream Slope Repair to Wilson Contracting in the amount of
$2,835,500.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Lake Kickapoo
Dam Upstream Slope Repair; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Wilson Contracting,
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $2,835,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Lake Kickapoo Dam Upstream Slope Repair is awarded
to Wilson Contracting, in an estimated total amount of $2,835,500.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April 2020.
