Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one (1) aerial
platform body with a scissor lift assembly from the low bidder, E-S
Trailer & Body dba Texoma Trailer & Body, in the amount of $81,475.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one aerial
platform body with scissor lift assembly; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 24, 2020; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was E-S
Trailer & Body dba Texoma Trailer & Body.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff are authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase one
aerial platform body with a scissor lift assembly from E-S Trailer & Body dba Texoma
Trailer & Body, in the amount of $81,475.00.
