Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 1
for the 2019 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project for a reduction of
$1,336,119.07
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has tabulated the final quantities for Change
Order No. 1 for a reduction of $1,336,119.07 for a final contract amount of $5,303,455.73.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2019
Asphalt Rehabilitation Project in the amount of a reduction of $1,336,119.07.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of March, 2020.
