Ord 06-2020 Rezone-2507 Central Fwy E.- HI to LI 2/4/2020 Ordinance No. 06-2020 Ordinance rezoning approximately +/- 5.09 acres of land located at 2507 Central Freeway East (Lot 6, Block 1, Garner Addition) and abutting right-of-way from Heavy Industrial (HI) to Light Industrial (LI); and amending the Land Use Plan from Industrial to Light Industrial WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed zoning change at its January 8, 2020 meeting, and voted to recommend approval of this request; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and has determined the herein described Zoning amendment is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: 1. Lot 6, Block 1, Garner Addition (2507 Central Freeway East +/- 5.02 acres) and abutting Quincy Road Right-of-Way (+/- 0.07 acres), as depicted on the attached map incorporated in this ordinance as , is hereby rezoned from Heavy Industrial (HI) to Light Industrial (LI). 2.
