Welcome & Introduction
Mr. Barnett, TAC chairperson, called the meeting to order at 9:41 a.m. and welcomed
everyone in attendance.
II. Public Comment on Agenda and Non -Agenda Items
Mr. Barnett asked for any public comments on agenda and non -agenda items. There were
no public comments on agenda and non -agenda items.
III. Review and Approval of the July 11, 2019 Technical Advisory Committee's (TAC)
Meeting Minutes
Mr. Barnett asked for any comments or corrections to the July 11, 2019 TAC meeting
minutes. Receiving none, he asked for a motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Moore made
the motion to approve. Ms. Montgomery -Gagne seconded the motion, which passed
unanimously.
IV. Review and Comment Regarding the July 24, 2019 Transportation Policy
Committee's (TPC's) Meeting Minutes - No Action Required
Mr. Barnett asked for comments on the July 24, 2019 TPC meeting minutes. Receiving
none, the committee moved on to the next agenda item.
V. Review and Recommendation to the Policy Board to Approve for Use by WFMPO
Staff the 2019-2020 Annual Prioritized Project List
Mr. Barnett directed the committee's attention to page 14 of the meeting packet. Mr.
Barnett stated TAC met on September 4th to conduct our annual project vetting workshop
and presented TAC with a final draft of the Prioritized Project List. Mr. Barnett asked for
comments or corrections to the FY 2019-2020 draft PPL. Receiving none, he asked for a
motion to present the draft PPL to the Policy Board for their review and approval.

WFMPO staff will use the approved PPL for planning purposes in calendar year 2020.
Alliance Transportation Group (ATG) will utilize the approved PPL in the upcoming 2020-
2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan update as the MTP Project List. Mr. Moore mado-,
the motion to forward the document to the Policy Board. Mr. Allbritton seconded the
motion, which passed unanimously.

a. Discussion & Overview of Progress on Local Transportation Projects - City and
TxDOT staff (Quarterly Review)

b. MPO Quarterly Financial Report (3rd Quarter FY 2019 - April, May, June)
Mr. Barnett reported on the 3rd quarter expenses for the P. He stated that the MPO
had spent approximately 37.14% of its total allocation for FY 2019. Mr. Barnett asked
for any comments or questions on the third quarter financial report. He received none
c. Grouped TxDOT CSI Projects Report
Mr. Barnett reported on the 3rd quarter grouped CSJ projects report. Mr. Barnett
discussed minor changes to the projects over the quarter.
