Ordinance No. 02-2020
Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
the Texas Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (TCCCP) in the
amount of $12,400 received from the Department of State Health
Services (DSHS)
WHEREAS, the Health District and the Department of State Health Services desire
to continue public health services with the goal to increase rates of colorectal cancer
screening; and,
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to the
adoption of the 2019 - 2020 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $12,400 for the Texas
Comprehensive Cancer Control Program.
