Ord 01-2020 Contract for $10,000 to Special Revenue from NACCHO 1/7/2020
Ordinance No. 01-2020
Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
the Disability Inclusion Grant in the amount of $10,000 received from
the National Association of County and City Health Officials and
authorizing the City Manager to execute contract accepting same
WHEREAS, the Health District and the National Association of County and City
Health Officials desire to enter into a contract for continued public health services; and,
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to the
adoption of the 2019 - 2020 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $10,000 for the
Disability Inclusion Grant and the City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
the National Association of County and City Health Officials for the Wichita Falls-Wichita
County Public Health District.
