Resolution No. 02-2020
Resolution accepting a proposal from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for the
at the
estimated amount of $286,596
WHEREAS, the City contracts with a bank depository for various banking services;
and,
WHEREAS, the City is required to solicit proposals for these banking services;
and,
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to qualified banking institutions in
order to solicit proposals for these services; and,
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was determined to
be in the best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposal for bank depository services submitted by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.,
is hereby determined to be in the best interest of the City and is accepted as the most
responsible proposal.
