Resolution No. 137-2019
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase 170 Panasonic Toughbooks and 145 Havis
Docking Stations from CDW Government in the amount of $712,485.80
WHEREAS, 8-19 and 2019-20 budgets include funds to replace 170
Panasonic Toughbooks, and 145 docking stations that are in excess of 5 years old or
older and are no longer supported by warranty; and,
WHEREAS, Bids were received from various State DIR Vendors for the purchase
of these computers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase
170 Panasonic Toughbooks, and 145 Havis docking stations from CDW Government LLC
in the amount of $712,485.80.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of December, 2019.
