Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract for the 2020 Crack Seal Project
to Champion Infrastructure, LLC in the amount of $105,400.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2020 Crack
Seal Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Champion
Infrastructure, LLC., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $105,400.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2020 Crack Seal Project is awarded to Champion
Infrastructure, LLC, in an estimated total amount of $105,400.00, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of
such project.
