dates will have to be coordinated with the Mayor's schedule. Stewart will talk to the
donors and get back to Blake with proposed dates.

Stewart informed the group that Ms Karen Anderson of Austin has begun fundraising
efforts for the Veteran's Plaza. She is a classmate of Garland Weeks (the sculptor) and
she wants to assist in constructing the plaza to display the statue. Steve Young stated
he's looking into a group from Austin that has money they want to donate to Veteran's
causes, and he will get more information.

Stewart Harvey read a letter from Nicholas Schreiber, 4B Board member, thanking the
City Staff for value engineering the boardwalk project to prudently use the City and 4B
Board's sales tax dollars.
