Resolution confirming reappointment to the Firefighters and Police
established by state law; specifically, Section 143.006 of the T EXAS L OCAL G OVERNMENT
C ODE; and,
WHEREAS, this three-member board is appointed by the City Manager, with
confirmation by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager requests the confirmation of the reappointment of
Civil Service Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Service Commission for a term ending December 31, 2022 is hereby confirmed.
