Resolution No. 126-2019
Resolution authorizing award of bid to Texas Lime Company for the
treatment in the amount of $406,012.32
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of the annual supply of calcium oxide (pebble quicklime) for water treatment;
and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on November 25, 2019; and,
treatment operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of the estimated annual
requirement of calcium oxide (pebble quicklime) to Texas Lime Company in the amount
of $406,012.32.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of December, 2019.
