RESOLUTION NO. _32-2012_
Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2012 Lift Station No. 63
Rehabilitation Project(CWF12-550-08) To Archer Western
Construction, LLC, In An Estimated Total Amount Of $76,980.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2012 Lift
Station No. 63 (CWF12-550-08); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Archer
Western Construction, LLC, which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of
$76,980.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2012 Lift Station No. 63 Rehabilitation Project (CWF12-
550-08) is awarded to Archer Western Construction, LLC, in an estimated total amount of
$76,980.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project.
