Res 031-2012 4/3/2012 RESOLUTION NO. _31-2012_ Resolution Approving Change Order No. 1 To The Transfer Station Tipping Floor Replacement Project (CWF12-530-12) In The Amount Of $116,276.00 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with Scale Concrete Construction Co. for the Transfer Station Tipping Floor Replacement Project (CWF12-530-12), with the estimated total cost of $548,541.00; WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will increase the contract $116,276.00 for a revised cost of $664,817.00; and WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed all aspects of this change order and believes that it is in the City’s best interest to approve. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Change Order No. 1 The attached to the Transfer Station Tipping Floor Replacement Project (CWF12-530-12) is approved, in the amount of $116,276.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute said change order.
