RESOLUTION NO. _30-2012_
Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2012 Alley Rehabilitation Project
(CWF12-530-05)to Luz Lerma Construction Company, In An
Estimated Total Amount Of $331,815.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2012 Alley
Rehabilitation Project (CWF12-530-05); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Luz
Lerma Construction Company, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$331,815.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2012 Alley Rehabilitation Project (CWF12-530-05) is
awarded to Luz Lerma Construction Company, in an estimated total amount of
$331,815.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for the construction of such project.
