Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve Change Order
No. 1 for the Lake Wichita Revitalization (Boardwalk) Project a
Deduction of $84,690.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Trinity
Hughes, LLC dba Trinity Hughes Construction. with the estimated total of $1,286,004.44.;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has negotiated Change Order No. 1 for a
deduction of $84,690.00 for a final contract amount of $1,201,314.44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the Lake
Wichita Revitalization (Boardwalk) Project in the amount of a deduct of $84,690.00,
