Resolution designating Jessica Williams as Authorized Official for
Grant/App 3790201 with the State Homeland Security Grant Program
via the Office of the Governor for National Incident Management
(NIMS) training
WHEREAS, The City Council designates Jessica Williams, Director of Finance, as
for Grant/App 3790201. The authorized official is given
the power to apply for, accept, reject, alter or terminate the grant on behalf of the applicant
agency and to ensure that all budgetary actions are followed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council approves the designation of Jessica Williams as Authorized
Official for Grant/App 3790201 with the State Homeland Security Grant Program via the
Office of the Governor.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of November, 2019.
