Resolution No. 111-2019
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement
with Anthony Inman Construction, Inc. in an amount of $155,000 for
construction services related to remodel work for the Clarence
Muehlberger Travel Center
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to correct facility issues with the
Clarence Muehlberger Travel Center; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the City properly advertised for proposals for
the construction services for remodel work at the Clarence Muehlberger Travel Center;
and,
WHEREAS, Anthony Inman Construction submitted a bid of $155,000 for these
construction services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a construction services agreement, with
changes thereto in a form approved by the City Attorney, in an estimated amount of
$155,000, with Anthony Inman Construction.
