Resolution No. 102-2019
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the Lake Wichita Revitalization (Boardwalk) Project to Trinity Hughes,
LLC dba Trinity Hughes Construction in the amount of $1,286,004.44
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Lake Wichita
Revitalization (Boardwalk) Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Trinity Hughes, LLC
dba Trinity Hughes Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$1,286,004.44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Lake Wichita Revitalization (Boardwalk) Project is
awarded to Trinity Hughes, LLC dba Trinity Hughes Construction in an estimated total
amount of $1,286,004.44, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
