Resolution No. 87-2019
Resolution awarding bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse and yard
waste carts to Schaefer Systems International, Inc. in the amount of
$66,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on August 12, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was Schaefer
Systems International, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts is awarded to
Schaefer Systems International, Inc. in the amount of $66,000.00 and City staff are
authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in accordance with
bid specifications.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of September, 2019.
