Resolution No. 86-2019
Resolution authorizing The City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase 135 Hewlett Packard computer workstations
from CDW Government LLC and 135 Microsoft Office 2019 Standard
Licenses from SHI/Government Solutions, Inc. the amount of
$115,099.65
WHEREAS, 8-19 budget includes funds to replace 135 computer
workstations that are in excess of 5 years old or older and are no longer supported by
warranty; and,
WHEREAS, Bids were received from various State DIR Vendors for the purchase
of these computers; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to
purchase 135 computer workstations from CDW Governmental LLC and
135 Microsoft Office 2019 Standard Licenses from SHI/Government
Solutions, Inc. the amount of approximately $115,099.65.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of September, 2019.
