Ordinance amending the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Planning
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls adopted a budget of $243,100 for the Wichita
Falls Metropolitan Planning fiscal year 2019; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received an additional $50,602.07 in
funding from the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Transit Agency, and carryover
funds from fiscal year 2018; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received an additional $58,679 in Texas
State Planning and Research funds to be used on the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Planning
-2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan update.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

is hereby amended in the amount of $109,281.07
