Ordinance No. 39-2019
Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
the Women, Infants and Children Grant in the amount of $94,886
received from the Department of State Health Services
WHEREAS, the Department of State Health Services has identified additional
funding for our local WIC agency; and,
WHEREAS, the approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to
the adoption of the 2018 2019 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $94,886 for the
Women, Infants and Children Program.
