Ord 36-2019 Rezoning 1705 11th Street 9/3/2019 Ordinance No. 36-2019 Ordinance rezoning approximately +/- 0.36 acres of land located at th Lot 2, Block 8, Southland Addition known as 1705 11 Street and abutting 11 th Street and Alley right-of-way from Single Family-2 (SF-2) to Limited Commercial (LC); and amending the Land Use Plan from Low Density Residential to Light Commercial WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed zoning change at its August 14, 2019 meeting, and voted to recommend approval of this request; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and has determined the herein described Zoning and Land Use Plan amendment are in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: th 1. Lot 2, Block 8, Southland Addition (1705 11 Street +/- 0.26 acres) and abutting th 11 Street and alley right-of-way (0.1 acres),as depicted on the attached map incorporated in this ordinance as , is hereby rezoned from Single Family- 2 (SF-2) to Limited Commercial (LC). 2.
