Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project Phase
2 to Cage Construction and Management Co. in the amount of
$699,064.15
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2019 Sanitary
Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project Phase 2; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Cage Construction and
Management Co., which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $699,064.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project
Phase 2 is awarded to Cage Construction and Management Co. in an estimated total
amount of $699,064.15, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
