Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional
services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the
design of the Lake Wic
Marina in the amount of $217,500
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has been granted funds through the TxDOT
Transportation Alternative Program for the construction of a hike & bike trail along the
north with a required
award date of October 6, 2020; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls negotiated a professional services agreement
with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the design of the Lake Wichita Trail west of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a professional service agreement with
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the design of the Lake Wichita Trail west of Lake
Marina in the amount of $217,500.00.
