Resolution No. 71-2019
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No.
1 for the 2018 Asphalt Street Rehabilitation Project for a deduct in the
amount of $276,159.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Foutsco
Paving Company LLC with the estimated total cost of $1,813,080.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will decrease the contract by $276,159.00 for a
revised cost of $1,536,921.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2018
Asphalt Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $276,159.00.
