RESOLUTION NO. _26-2012_
Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract For The 2012 Street
Rehabilitation Project (CWF12-100-04) To Zack Burkett Company In
The Estimated Amount Of $2,902,822.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the 2012 Street
Rehabilitation Project (CWF12-100-04); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Zack
Burkett Company, with a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $2,902,822.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2012 Street Rehabilitation Project (CWF12-100-04) is
awarded to Zack Burkett Company, in an estimated total amount of $2,902,822.50, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor
for the construction of such project.
