Resolution Awarding Bid And Contract For The Transfer Station
Tipping Floor Replacement Project (CWF12-530-12) To Scales
Construction Company For An Estimated Amount Of $548,541.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for Transfer Station
Tipping Floor Replacement Project (CWF12-530-12); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Scales Construction
Company, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $548,541.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Transfer Station Tipping Floor Replacement Project
(CWF12-530-12)is awarded to Scales Construction Company, in an estimated total
amount of $548,541.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of March, 2012.
