RESOLUTION NO. _24-2012_
Resolution Approving Change Order No. 9 For The Cypress Water
Treatment Plant 2010 10 MGD Conventional Treatment Plant Project
(CWF07-544-06)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with
Archer Western Contractors, Ltd. for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant 2010 10MGD
Conventional Treatment Plant Project (CWF07-544-06) with the estimated total cost of
$42,686,000.00;
Change Order No. 9
WHEREAS, will increase the contract $302,471.22 for a
revised cost of $45,505,675.00; and
WHEREAS, the City’s consulting engineer has reviewed this change order and

recommended its approval pursuant to the attached .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

The attached for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant 2010
10MGD Conventional Treatment Plant Project (CWF07-544-06) is approved, in the
amount of $302,471.22, and the City Manager is authorized to execute said change
order.
