Resolution No. 69-2019
Resolutionauthorizing the City Manager to execute a professional
services agreement with Biggs & Mathews, Inc. for the design of the
Quail Creek Drainage Project: Phase I in the amount of $272,500
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has determined that Biggs and Mathews, Inc.
is qualified to provide Engineering Services for the Quail Creek Drainage Improvements:
Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the Engineering Services to complete the Quail Creek
Drainage Improvements: Phase I is an estimated total of $272,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute an engineering services agreement for
the Quail Creek Drainage Improvements: Phase I with Biggs and Mathews, Inc., in an
estimated total amount of $272,500.00.
