Resolution
supply of unleaded gasoline and low sulfur diesel fuel to Haigood &
Campbell, LLC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on June 17, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to a
annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to Haigood & Campbell, LLC in
the estimated amount of $1,938,366.25.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of July, 2019.
