1. Call to Order
Gary Shores called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. Appointment of Officers
Darron Leiker nominated Gary Shores to serve as President of the Board of Directors of
the Wichita Falls Business Park Association. Seconded by Dick Bundy_ , the vote was unanimous
for such appointment.
3. Appointments to Development Review Board
Mr. Bundy moved, seconded by Mr. Leiker, to appoint all current members of the
Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation (and Wichita Falls Business Park
Association) as members of the Wichita Falls Business Park Association Development Review
Board. The motion unanimously carried.
4. Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 4:31 p.m.
