CALL TO ORDER,
A. John Fritzsch called the meeting to order at 1:0.r .
2. MINUTES.
A. The minutes of May 247 2018 were put before the Board for approval. Marcy
Brown Marsden made the motion to approve the minutes and Colby
Huffman seconded the motion. Mintues where amended: Time was
corrected to 1:30pm
3* DEPARTMENTAL RP F T:
A. RECREATION: SC TT MCGEE
• Summer camp program ended, Camp Lots of Fun was 100% full and
summer fun was at 0%.
• Summer Softball leagues has ended, fall leagues registration going
on now and season starts September 17, 2018.
• Lucy Park pool season ended with a good year.
B. PARKS: Terry Points
Lucy Park roads was repaved.
• 1uff & Loop 11 tr iI over 100.0000 ft. of new concrete poured
Work Bernice crew will be taping care of 18 small parks throughout the
city.
0 Have replace Zoo's of boards on all the bridges of trial, before HHH.
Wally the duck created by Ralph Stearns has been plane at the Weeks
pond.
Wichita Medical Alliance is planning on installing a Splash Pad in
Hamilton Park.

. PARK IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE:
• Park Board committee approved the May 24, 2018 minutes for
excavation of Lake Wichita this will be put on City Council agenda for
September 18, 2018. John Fritzsch and Torte Lang will do the
presentation.
• Mr. Rhoades with University of Kiwanis presented a check to Terry
Points for $6,000.00 from concession sale 2018 year.
is Darcy Brown Marsden gave a small presentation about building a
Natural Park.
