Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase a Baldor Blower
Motor for the Aeration System at the Wichita Falls Resource Recovery
Facility from Evans Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of $58,105.00
WHEREAS, quate
Infrastructure;
WHEREAS, due to the age and condition of the Wichita Falls Resource Recovery
Facilities blower motors, the replacement motor meets the conditions of
Strategic Goal; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Wichita Falls to sole source the
purchase of a Baldor blower motor for the amount of $58,105.00 from a local exclusive
vendor Evans Enterprises, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase
a new replacement Baldor blower motor from Evans Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of
$58,105.00.
