Ordinance No. 14-2019
Ordinance amending the FY 2019 Public Transportation Budget in an
amount of $52,611 for after-hour public transportation services
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has successfully tested an after-hour public
transportation service; and,
WHEREAS, amended in the
amount of $52,611 to provide after-hour service for the remainder of the FY 2019 fiscal
year; and,
WHEREAS, Work Services Corporation desires to continue to participate in a
public private partnership with the City of Wichita Falls in an annual amount of $8,000 to
provide the after-hour service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to amend the FY 2019 Public Transportation
budget in an amount of $52,611 for after-hour public transportation service
