Ordinance No. 09-2019
Ordinance authorizing the emergency purchase and installation of a
Freight Elevator at Memorial Auditorium from Aspen Elevator, Inc. in
the amount of $107,125 and appropriation of expenditure up to
$130,000 to complete this project
WHEREAS, this was an emergency purchase because of the possibility for
environmental issues; and,
WHEREAS, the freight elevator is over 85 years old and in need of replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization for the emergency purchase and installation of a Freight Elevator at
Memorial Auditorium from Aspen Elevator, INC. in the amount of $107,125 and
appropriation of expenditure up to $130,000 to complete this project
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of May, 2019.
