Resolution No. 25-2019
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award contract for the
2019 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project to Freeman Paving, LLC in the
amount of $6,639,574.80
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2019 Asphalt
Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Freeman Paving, LLC,
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $6,639,574.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2019 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project is awarded to
Freeman Paving, L.L.C., in an estimated total amount of $6,639,574.80, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
