Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order
No. 1 for the 2018 Kemp Monroe Drainage Project Phase II in the
amount of $319,756.40
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with MH Civil
Constructors, Inc with the estimated total cost of $4,112,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has negotiated Change Order No. 1 for an
addition of $319,756.40 for a final contract amount of $4,431,756.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2018
Kemp Monroe Drainage Project Phase II in the amount of $319,756.40.
