Resolution No. 19-2019
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one 15-yard
dump truck from the low bidder, TNTX, LLC, in the amount of
$112,032.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one 15-
yard dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 4, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was Lonestar
Truck Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff are authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase one 15-
yard dump truck, in the amount of $112,032.00 from TNTX, LLC dba Lonestar Truck
Group.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of February, 2019.
