Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the 2018 Longview St. and Fairfax Ave Drainage Project to Ramon M.
Nunez DBA R3 Constructionin the amount of $83,464.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018 Longview
St. and Fairfax Ave Drainage Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Ramon M. Nunez DBA
R3 Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $83,464.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2018 Longview St. and Fairfax Ave Drainage Project is
awarded to R3 Construction, in an estimated total amount of $83,464.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
